T Legal only collects information from your clients they provide via our online forms in order to deliver an efficient and accurate document preparation service that minimises double handling and data entry errors. 

Providing information is optional. The documentation can still be prepared without all requested information in our online forms - that information will need to be entered by hand.

At this stage there is no collection of usernames and passwords so there is no online method for any user to access any data we collect and no ongoing protection measures for secure login and passwords required.

Information is submitted via online forms to our secure encrypted back-end and stored temporarily for preparation of your ordered documents. 

Upon submitting an online order form your data is encrypted by Google https://nerdy-form.com/blog/google-forms-security. 

The submitted form data is kept on an encrypted database in order to accurately prepare your ordered documentation.

Some time after your ordered documentation is dispatched to you and signed, your data is deleted.

If Google notifies T Legal of a data breach in relation to your information you will be notified immediately if your data has not yet been deleted.

No person has access to your data, only one staff member of T Legal who owns and manages the entire front and back end of the system.

Your data is used to prepare your documents and send the documents to your adviser to facilitate signing.

Some of your data is entered on the Australian Business Registration Service (offered by the Australian Government) to incorporate companies and apply for ABNs.

A minimal amount of your data is used for stamping purposes if you have ordered our service to attend to stamping of a trust deed with the State Revenue Office of Victoria.
